Labrys has kicked-off a #marketingautomation project with Hala, which is a mobile payments and money transfer app in Saudi Arabia.
Hala, a fintech app, have chosen #Oracle #Responsys platform for cross-channel orchestration of disparate channels and customer experience journey building. During this kick-off, Labrys consultants have designed a new data model for #digitalmarketing communications, starting with the existing data model of Hala. Transformation of this knowledge into new segments and journeys would introduce more efficient ways in digital #customerexperience. Labrys would walk along the journey with Hala team in order to optimize the platform usage and train team members after the implementation is finalized in a few weeks.
