Monumental Digital CX Transformation Project in Lutrija BiH Has Been Kicked-off

Labrys has kicked off a monumental #Digital #CX Transformation project in the national lottery company of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lutrija BiH. Labrys will collaborate with Comtrade Sarajevo d.o.o. in this project as its local partner who is responsible of designing and delivering eWallet systems for Lutrija BiH. The main goal of the project is to transform players from offline channels into digital.

Labrys will provide strategic consultancy services as well as #adtech and #martech technology implementation services. Labrys consultancy services will include digital media planning, analytics, data & signal acquisition/collection and segmentation as well as journey design, while technologies that will be implemented are #Oracle #DMP and #Oracle #Responsys for the first phase of the project.

The second phase of the project will be initiated after the technical implementation services are finalized and will consist of expert and strategic services, where channel orchestration capabilities would be supported as well as customer journeys would be re-built and personalized.

Marketing transformation is in urgent need after recent months’ disruption due to pandemic and many industries have seen years of transformation efforts in accelerated into months. Labrys helps organizations in speeding up adoption with quick wins.
