Labrys has finalized an #Oracle #DMP implementation project as well as an Expert Service period with Renault Turkey by the end of 2019.The project was realized with the collaboration of Wavemaker Turkey.
The project was initiated as part of a major shift into #audiencemarketing by Renault Turkey. The project put first party data of Renault Turkey in action for all media channels in an orchestrated way, as well as closed the gap between online and offline profiles with the integration of CRM data. The main goal was to enhance the overall #customerexperience in communications efforts.
Now, Renault Turkey is able to track and segment all digital signals and footprints of their visitors through all digital assets. This enabled the brand to better map and understand the #customerjourney and take action on it.
