Labrys and Dubai Duty Free have kicked-off the Oracle Bluekai DMP and Oracle Responsys project at a very productive 2-day workshop in Dubai, UAE. This project will be completed in 12 weeks and Labrys will continue to support DDF with its Strategic Marketing Services after the go-live date to ensure that maximum marketing ROI will be produced. These Oracle Marketing Cloud products will enable DDF to track the digital footprint of its visitors and customers to gain valuable insights about their behaviors to design personalized experiences on the digital platforms.
The project scope also covers the integrations with currently running projects of Oracle Commerce Cloud and Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Cloud. With these integrations added on the standard functionality of Bluekai DMP and Responsys, DDF will be able to connect the dots through the customer journey by combining online and offline transactions. The data collected from these different touchpoints will create a complete customer view to act on.
